I start with Bahia oranges (grown in Bahia) then peel, candy and crystallize the orange rind then sprinkle the candied orange peels on top. Something you didn't know: In the 1800's this orange tree was taken from Bahia, Brazil to Riverside, California and was renamed navel orange.
